Planning Form
Fill out the planning form to let us know what highlight events you are planning and the names of the songs you want for each event. Also you fill in the names of the wedding party for the Introduction. There is room for additional and special comments

Client's Event Timeline
The Event Timeline lets us know approximately what time you want your highlight events to begin. You let us know when events should begin and what happens in what order. Please fill this out after booking us. You can save it and come back to it, as you finalize your planning.
